First we need to start by opening the default Windows XP Email Client, Outlook Express:

Then we need to get into the Tools menu on the top of the Outlook Express window and click on accounts:

We then need to add the account, click add, then click on mail:

It then brings up the new account wizard, it asks you to put your name in the text field, i.e. John Doe(this is how it will show up in others inboxes):

Then we must enter the email address in which you have been given:

It then will ask us to enter the server names. Leave it at a POP3, then go to the incoming mail field and put mail.swnebr.net and then in the outgoing field put smtp.swnebr.net:

Then it brings up the account information window, it will already have your email address minus the domain(@swnebr.net), all you have to do is enter the password, DO NOT CHECK THE SECURE PASSWORD BOX:
