First we need to go to http://mail.swnebr.net in Internet Explorer or whatever browser you use, then type in your email address and current password to login.

Then once successfully logged into your account you should see the welcome screen of the webmail, should look like this:

You then click the "Change Password" link shown in the window. It will then take you to this window where you enter your new desired password twice, then hit change and your done! Just don't forget your new password!! You can set your security question too incase you forget your password and can then reset it through a series of steps.
